Permits have been filed to build a seven-story 142-unit building at 20 South Street, in Financial District, Manhattan. The proposed 69-foot-tall building will have 124,826 square feet of residential space and 56,227 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Apr 03, 2025 with 12 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Apex Building Group filed the permit through their representative Daniel Heuberger of Dattner Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1987 with 2 floors and 124,826 square feet of space.
