Permits have been filed to build a 23-story 202-unit building at 2015 Boardwalk West, in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The proposed 254-foot-tall building will have 6,877 square feet of residential space and 9,368 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Aug 21, 2024 with 17.5 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Tal Azulay of Elevated Engineering NYC.
The existing building is a High-rise built in 2025 with 23 floors and 113,115 square feet of space.
