The proposed 400-foot-tall building will have 1,843 square feet of residential space and 5,565 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Mar 13, 2026 with 25 square feet of front yard and 55.08 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Jeffrey Smilow of Mei Architect PLLC.
The existing building is a Skyscraper built in 2027 with 40 floors and 509,447 square feet of space.
