Permits have been filed to build a nine-story 63-unit building at 2180 Walton Avenue, in Fordham Heights, Bronx. The proposed 84-foot-tall building will have 40,479 square feet of residential space and 775 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 14, 2021 with 20 square feet of front yard and 30.92 square feet of back yard space.
Euro Tech Developers filed the permit through their representative Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,005 square feet of space.
