The permit was filed on Apr 06, 2022 with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Euro Tech Developers filed the permit through their representative Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architects.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1901 with 3 floors and 2,274 square feet of space.
