Permits have been filed to build a two-story 48-unit building at 2289 3rd Avenue, in East Harlem, Manhattan. The proposed 25-foot-tall building will have 9,431 square feet of residential space and 2,500 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 27, 2022 with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Tower Management Group LLC filed the permit through their representative Pingman Ho of Devote Arch & Design Studio PLLC.
The existing building is a House built in 1914 with 2 floors and 7,275 square feet of space.
