The permit was filed on May 27, 2022 with 18 square feet of front yard and 32 square feet of back yard space.
Tower Management Group LLC filed the permit through their representative Pingman Ho of Devote Arch & Design Studio PLLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1900 with 4 floors and 11,130 square feet of space.
