The proposed 74-foot-tall building will have 24,524 square feet of residential space and 738,461 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Oct 27, 2025 with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative George Cambourakis of Florinela Muresan.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 1 floor and 16,745 square feet of space.
