The permit was filed on Sep 26, 2025 with 15.20 square feet of front yard and 20.6 square feet of back yard space.
Rybak Development Cop filed the permit through their representative Eugene Mekhtiyev of Imc Architecture.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 3 floors and 7,178 square feet of space.
