Permits have been filed to build a four-story building at 255 Kings Highway, in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The proposed 63-foot-tall building will have 5,999 square feet of residential space and 6,021 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 31, 2023 with 30.33 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
