Permits have been filed to build a nine-story 50-unit building at 26 West 67 Street, in Lincoln Square, Manhattan. The proposed 90-foot-tall building will have 71,771 square feet of residential space and 2,957 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 05, 2024 with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative George Cambourakis of StructuRAl Engineering Technologies.
The existing building is a Mid-rise built in 1978 with 15 floors and 129,885 square feet of space.
