The permit was filed on Mar 11, 2022 with 10 square feet of front yard and 22.5 square feet of back yard space.
Asco Group LLC filed the permit through their representative Artem Korsun of R & O Engineering.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 1 floor and 1,375 square feet of space.
