The permit was filed on Mar 19, 2024 with 15.1 square feet of front yard and 31.9 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Design.
The existing building is a Mid-rise built in 1959 with 14 floors and 431,248 square feet of space.
