The permit was filed on Dec 12, 2022 with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Porto Construction LLC filed the permit through their representative Frank Martarella Iii of Think Design Architecture.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 1,526 square feet of space.
