The permit was filed on Nov 06, 2025 with 5 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Harry Simino of Ag Engineering PLLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1899 with 12 floors and 39,585 square feet of space.
