The proposed 60-foot-tall building will have 9,062 square feet of residential space and 2,669 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Mar 18, 2022 with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Euro Tech Developers filed the permit through their representative Jeff Akerman of Rise Architecture.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1910 with 3 floors and 2,870 square feet of space.
