The permit was filed on Apr 29, 2025 with 15 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Stanley Krebushevski of Stanley M. Krebushevski RA.
The existing building is a House built in 1832 with 2 floors and 4,550 square feet of space.
