Permits have been filed to build a five-story ten-unit building at 32 Street Andrews Place, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The proposed 70-foot-tall building will have 10,156 square feet of residential space and 1,305 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 01, 2025 with 14.8 square feet of front yard and 26.33 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 2 floors and 7,891 square feet of space.
