Permits have been filed to build a 17-story 300-unit building at 330 East 52nd Street, in Turtle Bay, Manhattan. The proposed 173-foot-tall building will have 250,398 square feet of residential space and 6,918 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Nov 18, 2025 with 11 square feet of front yard and 34 square feet of back yard space.
Tishman Speyer filed the permit through their representative Ariel Aufgang of Aufgang Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1927 with 6 floors and 28,570 square feet of space.
