The permit was filed on Sep 19, 2025 with 17 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Alexander Zhitnik of Z Architecture PLLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1931 with 1 floor and 4,000 square feet of space.
