Permits have been filed to build a two-story two-unit building at 37 Belfield Avenue, in Arden Heights, Staten Island. The proposed 35-foot-tall building will have 2,304 square feet of residential space. The permit was filed on May 22, 2023 with 18 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
