The permit was filed on Oct 26, 2021 with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Giron Contracting Inc. filed the permit through their representative Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1911 with 2 floors and 3,500 square feet of space.
