The permit was filed on Jan 29, 2025 with 18 square feet of front yard and 38.66 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Vijay Kumar of Az Professional Engineering PC.
The existing building is a High-rise built in 2024 with 21 floors and 380,071 square feet of space.
