The permit was filed on Aug 02, 2024 with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Jichen Sun of Prime Zone Building Consulting.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1952 with 3 floors and 3,600 square feet of space.
