The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 77,591 square feet of residential space and 2,980 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 03, 2025 with 18 square feet of front yard and 34 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Vasilios Artemiou of Bksk Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1918 with 1 floor and 95,238 square feet of space.
