The permit was filed on May 20, 2022 with 18 square feet of front yard and 54 square feet of back yard space.
National Grid filed the permit through their representative Craig Thomas of Energy InfRAstructure Engineering.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 2,208 square feet of space.
