The proposed 95-foot-tall building will have 2,749 square feet of residential space and 16,676 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Mar 20, 2026 with 20 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Ning Lu of GeRAld Caliendo Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2024 with 9 floors and 76,968 square feet of space.
