Permits have been filed to build a 25-story 58-unit building at 47 West 66th Street, in Lincoln Square, Manhattan. The proposed 355-foot-tall building will have 13,147 square feet of residential space and 6,822 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Nov 14, 2025 with 5 square feet of front yard and 2.58 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Jennifer Cheuk of Ag Engineering.
The existing building is a Mid-rise built in 1901 with 14 floors and 347,053 square feet of space.
