The permit was filed on Jun 19, 2025 with 10 square feet of front yard and 29 square feet of back yard space.
Nyc Economic Development Cop filed the permit through their representative Gene Kaufman of Gene Kaufman Architect PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1945 with 2 floors and 774,590 square feet of space.
