The permit was filed on Dec 05, 2025 with 18 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Harry Hong of Kao Hwa Lee Architects PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1899 with 3 floors and 31,618 square feet of space.
