The permit was filed on Dec 22, 2025 with 4.6 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Jinfar Liu of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,440 square feet of space.
