The permit was filed on Feb 23, 2026 with 20 square feet of front yard and 39.5 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Noel Wong of Nycsca.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1975 with 2 floors and 5,580 square feet of space.
