The permit was filed on Aug 10, 2023 with 13 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Zachary Chaplin of Stonefield Engineering.
The existing building was built in 1920 with 2 floors and 3,540 square feet of space.
