The proposed 1,220-foot-tall building will have 14,104 square feet of residential space and 11,609 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Nov 26, 2024 with 7 square feet of front yard and 13 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Leo Hill of Hill West Architects.
The existing building is a Mid-rise built in 1956 with 16 floors and 535,344 square feet of space.
