The permit was filed on May 13, 2024 with 15 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative De-jan Lu of Djlu Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 2022 with 5 floors and 5,559 square feet of space.
