The permit was filed on May 11, 2023 with 15 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
Bridge Development Partners LLC filed the permit through their representative Keith Fitzpatrick of Syska Hennessy Group.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 2 floors and 40,950 square feet of space.
