The permit was filed on May 13, 2022 with 2.66 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Lexington Design Ny Inc. filed the permit through their representative George Cambourakis of StructuRAl Engineering Technologies.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1931 with 2 floors and 10,776 square feet of space.
