The permit was filed on Dec 19, 2022 with 10 square feet of front yard and 22.42 square feet of back yard space.
Rybak Development And Construction filed the permit through their representative David Good of Mrce.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1918 with 2 floors and 34,920 square feet of space.
