The permit was filed on Sep 26, 2025 with 15 square feet of front yard and 43.5 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Ryan Design Architecture.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 2019 with 4 floors and 2,852 square feet of space.
