The permit was filed on May 27, 2022 with 16.42 square feet of front yard and 32.9 square feet of back yard space.
Y&t Development LLC filed the permit through their representative George Cambourakis of StructuRAl Engineering Technologies.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1980 with 2 floors and 13,400 square feet of space.
