The permit was filed on Nov 01, 2022 with 18 square feet of front yard and 37.5 square feet of back yard space.
Spitzer Enterprises filed the permit through their representative Luigi Russo of Slce Architects.
The existing building is a High-rise built in 1969 with 25 floors and 102,053 square feet of space.
