Permits have been filed to build a four-story two-unit residential building at 17 Suydam Place, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The proposed 40-foot-tall building will have 40,403 square feet of residential space and 12,135 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Apr 27, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 57 square feet of back yard space.
17 Suydam LLC filed the permit through their representative Christina Hansen of Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1988 with 2 floors and 123,910 square feet of space.
