Permits have been filed to build a six-story 22-unit building at 130 West 134th Street, in Harlem, Manhattan. The proposed 60-foot-tall building will have 10,310 square feet of residential space and 275 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 07, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
