The proposed 35-foot-tall building will have 51,706 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Jan 12, 2021 specifying a wood-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 32 square feet of back yard space.
Muslim American Society Of Bklyn filed the permit through their representative Jorge Chang of Stanley M. Krebushevski RA.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1950 with 2 floors and 2,466 square feet of space.
