Permits have been filed to build a ten-story 23-unit building at 2735 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, in Harlem, Manhattan. The proposed 100-foot-tall building will have 16,570 square feet of residential space and 275 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 08, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 78 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1900 with 3 floors and 17,405 square feet of space.
