Permits have been filed to build a seven-story commercial building at 886 Broadway, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The proposed 105-foot-tall building will have 5,556 square feet of residential space and 1,900 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Oct 18, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 36 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
