Permits have been filed to build a two-story two-unit building at 107 East 130th Street, in Harlem, Queens. The proposed 30-foot-tall building will have 1,830 square feet of residential space and 2,681 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Feb 20, 2026 with 10 square feet of front yard and 20 square feet of back yard space.
Kamaljit K. Sandhu filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Enterprises.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1900 with 2 floors and 67,564 square feet of space.
